    Pretty much every company that makes glasses has jumped on the blue light blocking train. They all claim to reduce eye strain and protect our eyes from staring at screens all day.     We spend a lot of time with our pillow and for me, a bad pillow pretty much guarantees a bad night’s sleep.     I’ve never been a good sleeper… I am one of those needs it pitch black, cold with a bunch of warm blankets, a fan for white noise, a good pillow and about an hour to get my “tired eyes” on.
