Our Story

Welcome! We are Bret and Danielle Gillespie, and we made vows to each other In Sickness & In Wealth. Back in 2017, it was love at first chat. In one of our very first conversations after meeting, we had both decided that our goal was to have financial/time/location freedom at an early age, to allow us to spend as much of our “best years” with our children, our parents, and our friends. Since moving to Coastal North Carolina in August of 2018, the mission has been to sprint as fast as we can toward our goals. With 4 years of sprinting down, we have made it to a place that has allowed us a life we used to only dream of, and a new future goal that cannot wait to push toward.

Fast forward to today, we are actively working to retire Bret from his 9-5 as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and we are working to build more revenue streams both personally, and professionally around Danielle’s Real Estate business. We feel like we are where we are today because of a long line of great decisions, meeting the right people, asking the right questions, and acting on things when most others become stuck in the idea/dream phase. We look forward to hearing from our listeners, and hope to help y’all by sharing what has worked for us, what our challenges have been, and where we are headed! We have a passion for this lifestyle, and want to help other young people who want the same!
